Dr. Allison Upshaw, leveraging her artistic background, serves as a creative facilitator and collaborator in IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and access) initiatives and student engagement strategies. With over twenty years of experience, she has partnered with school systems across the US Southeast, designing arts integration curricula and leading professional development workshops for educators.
